What is Empower?

Empower is about multiplying disciples through trusted leadership. In this stage, disciples grow toward leading others, coaching people through the pathway, and helping advance the gospel in Maui and the world.

At Grace Bible Maui, leadership happens relationally. Small group leaders help people grow by inviting them to serve, co-lead, and develop over time. Coaching others also happens through trusted relationships as experienced leaders recognize, encourage, and empower people who are ready to lead.
